Filming Location - Sullivan Bus Depot - South Mimms

Sullivan Buses is the company which works with our school (JFS) to take students to and from school every day. Thankfully they allowed us to film there free of charge. We used email to communicate with Steve who is in charge of the bus depot; this is one example of an email that we sent to him:

Hi Steve,
We can confirm that we will begin filming on TUESDAY 17th JANUARY 2011 - (NEXT TUESDAY).
We will need the bus which is at the end of the line-up, to have the destination blinds we want. (Number: 240. Destination: TOBY JEFFERSON. Via area: DIRECTED BY. - does this make sense?
We will need to film this bus just moving out of its position slowly forward.
Can we put a double decker on the right hand side of the depot where the Thorpe Park shuttles are parked? This is so the camera can shoot the depot from a height. (Birds eye view)
The old MCW we are filming on at the back - does it have power for the lights to work? If not no problem.
Did you manage to find out about the power-point from Dean? We will bring extension cable with.
Could you please also remember to organise letting the driver on the day know about all the equipment coming on?
