I found a program called Storyist and downloaded the free trial version. However when I used it I felt it was not right for our title sequence as I wasn't able to add titles and descriptions/notes under each shot. I felt it was more of a shot list or picture board instead of a storyboard. I took some screenshots of me using the program experimenting with the shots:
